CTW will consult with Client to obtain details about the Furniture to be designed and produced by CTW to Client's specifications.
Once Client provides CTW with the necessary information (e.g. image ideas, dimensions, and any other information relevant to Client's request). CTW will then consult with Client to prepare any necessary drawings and design features and/or applied limitations regarding size or shape with respect to the Furniture. CTW will then prepare no less than one design proposal with price and time to complete once the work has started and will provide the proposal to Client. After Client accepts the proposal, a final agreement will be drafted ("Agreement").
Unless otherwise specified, all products are for indoor use only.
Client acknowledges and accepts that timber may vary in color, and the color of the Furniture may not match samples shown to Client at the time of consultation. Additionally, Client acknowledges and accepts that, due to the nature of the natural wood used in the Furniture, sometimes the wood will change color over time. This is a natural process which often occurs with the use of high-quality wood.
Client acknowledges and accepts that, as is typical with natural materials, small cracks and fissures may develop in the Furniture with changes in humidity and temperature. This is a natural, uncontrollable characteristic of solid wood furniture. This will not affect the structure of the Furniture.
Client further acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to maintain the Furniture (e.g. cleaning and conditioning) to help prevent discoloration and minimize wear and tear.

CTW sales orders generally have a lead time of 4-8 weeks from the date of receiving the deposit, unless otherwise specified, and time to complete the project of 10-16 weeks once the work has begun. While this may seem like a long time, please remember that you are getting a one-of-a-kind, handmade product.
Following the consultation, CTW will prepare a formal agreement, including price, details of the Furniture, and estimated lead times together with other key terms ("Agreement").
